Choose the business providing the service
Open My Products and choose Create Product. Select a Partners Profile where you are an Owner, Admin or Contributor. Viewer membership does not grant product-management access.
If you have one eligible Profile it is selected automatically. With several, choose the correct one. Use Add Profile when available if you need to create the service business first. The app has a 30-Profile membership limit for its scope.
Configure Closing Escrow
Choose the available Escrow product type. The service title and description are defined by Paperstac and displayed for review; they are not editable marketing fields for this product.
Complete Pricing, the supported add-ons and operational cost defaults, and your business’s bank-wire instructions. Review the form’s requirements and all amounts before submitting. See the pricing guide for the difference between price, commission and costs.
Review bank-wire instructions
Select saved instructions when available or enter the bank and account-holder information requested. Include intermediary-bank or further-credit details only where applicable. Review the full destination carefully in the authorized form.
The selected Profile owns the product. You can change that choice before creating it, but the owning Profile and product type cannot be changed afterward. Do not create it under a temporary Profile expecting to move it later.
Check the product and its status
After creation, the product starts as Draft. Review its details and choose Submit for Review. In Review means Paperstac has not yet approved it; it is unavailable for new purchases until approval makes it Active. Saving a new product does not publish it.
Paperstac controls where eligible escrow products appear in the customer workflow. If the product is Rejected, contact Support, correct the details and resubmit. See product review and availability for the full lifecycle. Other product types will receive their own setup guidance as they become available.
